Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Due to limited availability of some of the goods we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. We accept no liability for delays caused by goods being out of stock. If you have requested multiple shipments we will debit the second and any subsequent shipment’s carriage charges from your card.
Times to despatch shown on the website are an estimate only. We shall not be liable for delays caused by matters outside our control.
Delivery will be advised but please allow up to 30 days for delivery. In stock items will generally be dispatched the same day but some out of stock goods may take longer.
Any claim based on any defect in quantity, quality or condition of the goods must be notified to Us within seven days of delivery after which you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.
The standard delivery cost per shipment to a UK address is from £3.99. If You would like your goods shipped by another method or to a different country then you will have the option to specify Your requirements or notify Us at the time of ordering. Additional charges will apply to non UK deliveries and may apply to non mainland UK addreses, for full details on our UK shipping please see Dive Shop Online Shipping Informationl. Note that there are some countries that We do not ship to.
Risk of damage to or loss of the product shall pass to You at the point at which they are shipped to You.
If you as the customer re-direct your shipment or provide other specific instructions to the courier that change the delivery we will consider that you have taken responsibility for the consignment. From that time we are no longer repsonsible for the delivery or any subsequent loss as you will have amended the delivery contract that we had with the courier.
For couriered or Royal Mail signed for consignments we reserve the right to make a GBP15 charge for Non-Deliverable, Returned Items or Redirection to any address other then the delivery address specified in your order. If no UK delivery address is specified in Your order consignments will automatically be sent to the billing address.
We always aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days. International orders are generally shipped in under 5 days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
In the case of standard shipping, you agree that proof of shipping by our delivery company is sufficient evidence that the goods have been shipped and are therefore your responsibility and under your ownership.
In other cases where upgraded shipping has been ordered, You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Any damage to, or discrepancies with, your order must be notified to us by email within 2 days of receipt of the goods. We recommend that you photograph any damage immediately.
Stock and Back Orders
SeaQuest Marine operates bricks and mortar stores. We endevour to keep our online stock levels as accurate as possible and operate real time monitoring to ensure that wherever possible our online stock messages are as accurate as possible.
However there may be times when unfortunately deliveries are not as scheduled or stock levels are mistaken, in those circumstances SeaQuest Marine will do whatever it can to resolve this situation with the customer.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If the delay is likely to be beyond our standard shipping terms You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 10 day no quibble guarantee. Beyond this we use manufacturers guarentees where applicable and these can be found within the items packaging.

SeaQuest Marine do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
We may email you from time to time with relevant information about our products and services, you may opt out from this service at the time of ordering, or at any future date using the unsubscribe link on those emails.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days of shipping for a full refund*. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you, whereupon a returns authorisation RAN will be issued.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition, unused and with packaging completely intact.
* Exclusion to 30 days return policy. Goods listed as an 'end of line' or 'eol', 'sale', 'Black Friday' or 'Super Sale'; The item must be returned within 14 days for a refund to be made.
Your refund will be paid within 14 days of reciept of the returned goods.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
In the unlikely event that goods are faulty on receipt you are entitled to a full refund by returning the goods within 30 days of reciept. Goods must be returned unused if they were reported as faulty on reciept or in a reasonable state of use for the period they have been in the possession of the consumer.
To return faulty goods please contact us to get a return authorisation number RAN and return the goods with a complete explanation of the fault and if applicable how the fault or failure occurred.
If goods are found to be faulty within 6 months of purchase but beyond the inital 30 days we will have the manufacturer repair the goods. If this is not possible we will replace the goods or issue a refund.
Within a 6 year period if the goods do not last a reasonable period of time based on reasonable appropriate usage you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund.
All faulty goods will be returned to the manufacturer or their agets for a decision on the fault and the process. The manufacturers decision on the cause of the fault or usage etc. will be the final decision.
